About Us

Our Story

We both graduated from the University of Oklahoma, were married in Norman in 1996, and have spent our careers doing what we love most: helping people move better and live fuller lives. For over 33 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving Norman and the surrounding communities through physical therapy, with a primary focus on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.

In 2022, we founded WIN Physical Therapy and Performance in Norman, OK, with a clear vision: to create a family-run clinic where patients are truly seen, heard, and treated with compassion. We believe physical therapy is built on relationships. Healing happens best when care is personal, consistent, and grounded in trust.

Throughout our careers, we’ve seen how injury and pain can disrupt even the simplest parts of daily life, and how they can keep people from the things that matter most. Whether it’s returning to work, getting back on the golf course, playing with grandkids, or competing at a high level in sports, physical therapy has the power to restore not just movement, but confidence and purpose.

We’ve both experienced compassionate, caring healthcare firsthand, both as providers and as patients. We know how powerful it can be to have someone support you through challenging seasons. Getting to know our patients, walking alongside them during their recovery, and celebrating their progress is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. At WIN Physical Therapy and Performance, we strive to empower people to move past those barriers and pursue healthy, fulfilling lives.

Jimmy and Kim have lived in Norman for over 30 years and are proud to raise their family here. We’ve been blessed with three children and enjoy serving the local Church, spending time outdoors, supporting local sports, traveling, and cheering on the Sooners when we’re not in the clinic.
